 Ingredients

Vanjiram fish - 3 pieces
( you can choose any fish )

To grind

Mint leaves - 1 cup
Green chili - 3 to 4
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Garam masal pdr - 1tsp
Corn flour - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste

Method

1. wash the fish pieces with turmeric powder
2. Grind all the ingredients under ' To Grind ' without adding water. Lemon juice is enough for grinding these ingredients.
3. Now marinate fish pieces & set to stay for 2 hours.
4. After 2 hours roast fish pieces on both sides - SEE VIDEO
5. Serve it with onions & ketchups
