Masala peanut recipe ingredients
Ingredient
Dried peanuts - 3/4 cup
Besan flour / gram flour - 1/4 cup
Rice flour - 2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
or
Amchur powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - pinch
Salt
Method
1. Fry peanuts only for 2 minutes on low flame ( Roast it without adding oil , not more than 2 minutes )
2. Add all ingredients with this partially roasted peanuts. Use very little water for mixing.( it should be tight mixture ) If you add bit of extra water you can't separate peanuts for deep frying. SEE VIDEO
3. Now you can deep fry these separated peanuts on low flame because it burnt easily on high flame.
4. Teatime snack is ready
