Ingredients</h3>

cauliflower - 1 cup</div>
<div>
carrot, peas - 1/2 cup each</div>
<div>
tomato - 1</div>
<div>
onion chopped - 1/2 cup</div>
<div>
garlic chopped - 4 tsp</div>
<div>
ginger chopped - 1 tsp</div>

curry leaves</div>
<div>
mustard seed, cumin seed - 1/2 tsp each</div>

coriander pdr - 1 tsp</div>
<div>
chili pdr, fennel seed pdr, garam masala - 1/2 tsp each</div>

Method</h3>
<div>
1. Wash cauliflower in hot water - set aside</div>
<div>
2. Add 2 tsp of oil in a pan - add mustard seed, cumin seed - once it splutters saute onion, garlic, ginger tomato one by one ( tomato should become mushy ) ( see video )</div>
<div>
3. Now add all 3 vegetables and remaining spices -</div>
<div>
4. Add 1/2 cup of water for cooking. Let it cook for 10 minutes in simmer mode . Don't add salt before cooking vegetable because cooking time will increase if you add salt previously. </div>

5. After cooking vegetables add salt and dry off excess water if there is. </div>
<div>
6. Now peas,carrot,gobi curry is ready to serve with chapati, naan, rice. </div>

<span style="font-size: large;">mustard seed - 1/2 tsp</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">preparation</span></h3>
</div>
<div>
<span style="font-size: large;">1. Soak peanuts for about 4 hours. Pressure cook this peanuts for 3 sounds.</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-size: large;">2. Fry cashews - with cashews add coconut, dry chili, tomato and saute all these ingredients</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-size: large;">3. After cooling it to room temperature grind it with chili pdr, fennel seed pdr, ginger garlic paste, garam masala pdr to a fine paste - set this aside.</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-size: large;">4. In a pan add 2 tsp of oil  - add mustard seed, cumin seed</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-size: large;">5. Now saute garlic, onion one by one, add curry leaves, cooked peanuts and ground paste.</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">6. Boil this for 10 minutes. add salt. garnish it with coriander leaves</span></div>
