Cauliflower,peas,carrot curry recipe ( TAMIL VIDEO )

Ingredients

cauliflower - 1 cup
carrot, peas - 1/2 cup each
tomato - 1
onion chopped - 1/2 cup
garlic chopped - 4 tsp
ginger chopped - 1 tsp
curry leaves
mustard seed, cumin seed - 1/2 tsp each
coriander pdr - 1 tsp
chili pdr, fennel seed pdr, garam masala - 1/2 tsp each

Method

1. Wash cauliflower in hot water - set aside
2. Add 2 tsp of oil in a pan - add mustard seed, cumin seed - once it splutters saute onion, garlic, ginger tomato one by one ( tomato should become mushy ) ( see video )
3. Now add all 3 vegetables and remaining spices -
4. Add 1/2 cup of water for cooking. Let it cook for 10 minutes in simmer mode . Don't add salt before cooking vegetable because cooking time will increase if you add salt previously. 
5. After cooking vegetables add salt and dry off excess water if there is. 
6. Now peas,carrot,gobi curry is ready to serve with chapati, naan, rice.
