Coconut milk kolukattai recipe ( tamil video )

Ingredients

idiyappam flour - 2cup
thick coconut milk -= 1/2 cup
jaggery - 1 cup ( change to taste ) 
cardamom - 1/4 tsp

Method

1. Knead the dough using hot water ( dough should be like wheat dough ) Make very small balls ( see video) and steam it using idly pan - set aside this cooked kozhukkattai.
2. In a saucepan dissolve jaggery with very little water. Add cooked kolukattai in this jaggery syrup and bring to boil.
3. Dissolve 1 spoon of this same kozhukattai flour in 4 tsp of water - add it with boiling kozhukattai. So that you can get thick jaggery syrup.
5. Finally you can add coconut milk and turn off your stove. Once you add coconut milk immediately turn off your stove. Now this milk modhak is ready to serve. Thank you ( you can add extra jaggery or sugar at the time of boiling )
