Ingredients

mint leaves - 2 cups
coconut - 1 cup
tamarind - small pulp
green chili - 1
hing or asafoetida - pinch
big onion - 1
garlic cloves - 3
mustard seed - 1 tbsp.
urad dal - 2 tbsp.

Method

1. Add mustards. urad dal in hot oil. Once it splutters & urad dal colour changes  sauté all ingredients one by one as shown in pictures. Grind it with salt and required water. Now serve it with hot idly, dosa. Thank you
